I Beat It
So I beat the tread mill tonight. I am having the beginning stages of a chest cold and decided if I were to run at all it should be indoors. I remembered my music and battled through 30 minutes of running. Oh, and the girl stayed in the water the entire class and went under water to boot!

Oh Michelle, I was so sad to hear about John's hand, that sucks. Which hand is it, his writing hand or not? Good luck to you as his wife and quick healing for him.
As far as swimming goes, all of my boys were apprehensive every first few swims of the season and by the fourth visit to the pool, they were little fish again. I think they sorta forget how great the water is when they don't get to swim all year round. Talk to you soon, I hope!
