• hubby came home from the land of the sand in June for 2 weeks- no running, very bittersweet and emotional visit.
• ran a very turtle pace race on July 4 in York, ME- lots of chafing and scabbing!
• scattered running here and there pushing my 36 lb daughter!- strong back!
• trying to cram as many runs as possible before my 10 miler on Fri night.

I'm hoping to get back into some sort of routine but ever since John went back it has been a whirlwind. I'll have a race report up for the Fri night race in Narragansett. This time I'll remember the body glide!
