Runners for those in Iraq

I have to say I am relieved that the elections are over in Iraq. I still have not heard word from my husband but I trust he is safe. I ran in a fun group run this morning in Cambridge, MA. My running partner and I ran from Eliot Bridge to the BU bridge and back. I think it was 5.5 miles. 5.5 very slow miles. The sidewalk was plowed but very snowy and slippery which slowed us down. It also didn't help that I went to my friends house for a "slumber" party last night. I thought "Fajitas and Margarita's" would help take my mind off Iraq. It did but made for a crummy run. I got through it though and feel good that I went. This week the weather is supposed to warm up so I'm hoping to log some miles.
